This includes lifestyle changes (including weight and diet), learning resilience to deal with stress, and improving performance and focus.These programmes tailored to your goals. The initial meeting and assessment is free and there is no obligation to continue.

FREE first session and assessment: one-to-one and friends’ groups
In the first session we discuss your goals, we agree a plan, and we start work immediately towards your goals.
One-to-one sessions are £70 per hour. There is an additional charge of £15 per additional person in a small private group. Usually the maximum number is 4 at the clinic and 2 by internet.
Fees are payable in advance. You can pay by cheque, by bank transfer, or by Paypal / Credit-Debit card. You will be sent an invoice after making a booking.
There is a 10% discount when a block of 5 or more sessions is purchased at one time.
